On Site Technical Support Technician

About the role

AtripleA Recruitment & Temps is seeking a dedicated on-site technical support technician based in Pinetown. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems at client locations, helping keep clients' IT environments running smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software at client sites
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
• Carry out routine maintenance and system updates
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Travel to various client locations as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory
• Comply with company policies, including honesty and integrity standards

Required profile

• Own reliable transport
• Android smartphone and laptop
• Technical background
• Ability to travel, punctuality and good communication

Required skills

• Advanced networking skills
• Hardware and software installation and maintenance
