Job description

职位概况

负责生产模具的研发设计与整改，参与模具图纸评审，推动产品质量提升。

主要职责

研发、设计并优化生产模具；
参与模具设计图纸的评审工作；
分析并解决常见铸造及表面缺陷；
使用CAD、UG、MAGAM或Anycasting等软件完成设计任务。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，机械、材料或相关专业；
3-5年模具设计或制造业工作经验；
熟悉重力模具结构、铸造工艺、金属材料及机械设计理论；
了解APQP、DFMEA、PPAP等IATF16949核心工具。

必备技能

熟练操作CAD、UG、MAGAM或Anycasting软件；
掌握APQP、DFMEA、PPAP方法；
了解IATF16949质量体系要求。
