Job description

职位概况

负责机加工方向的制造工程工作，主要涉及资本性设备、刀具及相关组件的采购与持续改进，需与供应商、客户保持紧密沟通，确保生产线高效运行。

主要职责

寻找并订购用于体系持续改进的资本性设备、刀具及相关组件。
与供应商协作，确保产品准时发运并符合规格。
推动现有设备的持续改进，解决设备故障。
参加加工、装配设备会议，完成布局规划并拜访供应商。
作为客户联络人，确保设备采购沟通顺畅。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，工程类背景。
3-5年制造业经验，具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴CNC编程，尤其是FANUC控制系统。
掌握R&R、CPK计算及机加工运行、夹具设计。
具备英语和普通话沟通能力。
