Nursing Home Manager – Care Home Leadership Role

About the role

CI Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead Greenoaks Nursing Home. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high‑quality resident care, and fostering a supportive environment for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall business and ensure the facility operates efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with the Registration Authority and all legal/statutory requirements.
• Conduct annual appraisals, provide training, and support professional development of team members.
• Promote a collaborative, open culture where staff can thrive.
• Act as the ambassador for the home, building a strong reputation within the local community.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting for older people.
• Prior role as a Care Home Manager or similar leadership position.
• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN and post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, legislation, and human‑resource practices.
