Night Shift Cold Store Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑orientated and reliable Cold Store Administrator to support night‑shift operations at our Montague Gardens facility. You will provide clerical assistance to the Cold Store Manager, coordinate daily administrative tasks and act as a backup for Admin Operations Clerks when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance registers, employee records and MHE driver licences (both physical and digital).
• Coordinate weekly timesheets, scan and submit them to the HR service provider.
• Manage service provider scheduling, OHS compliance checks, and ensure purchase orders are issued before work commences.
• Assist with procurement, create purchase orders on SAP, and control Chep pallet reconciliations.
• Maintain filing systems for service provider data, office policies, SOPs and equipment maintenance files.
• Prepare regular operational reports and ensure documentation accuracy for stock, MHE and local deliveries.

• Self‑motivated, able to work with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shift (17:00 – 02:00) and flexible regarding overtime.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (strong Excel skills required).
• Computer literate with experience in ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) advantageous.
• Report writing capability.
