MSK Physiotherapist – Occupational Health (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is for a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist supporting an e‑commerce client in Northampton. You will work two days onsite in a dedicated clinical space and the remaining days remotely, providing assessments, treatment plans and clinical reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face and telephone assessments for employees, diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions in line with NICE and HCPC guidelines.
• Develop and deliver evidence‑based rehabilitation programmes, focusing on education, movement and self‑management.
• Produce clear clinical reports for employers, advising on functional capacity and workplace adjustments.
• Identify workplace hazards and conduct DSE or task‑based assessments, offering recommendations to reduce risk.
• Maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality, adhering to occupational health standards.

Required profile

• Qualified physiotherapist with HCPC registration and full CSP membership.
• Minimum 18 months post‑registration experience in the UK.
• Ability to work independently as the sole on‑site physiotherapist.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Required skills

• Clinical physiotherapy assessment and diagnosis.
• Knowledge of NICE guidelines, HCPC standards and CSP best practice.
• Proficiency in remote case management and clinical reporting.
