Microsoft Cloud Engineer

About the role

Ekco is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Engineer to join its managed‑services team. You will work behind the scenes to keep customer cloud environments stable, secure and efficient, collaborating with senior engineers and client teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Implement approved changes and continuous service improvements.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and proactive monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple customer teams and participate in knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Take part in an on‑call rotation as required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud, Systems or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, MS‑102, MD‑102, SC‑900) are highly desirable.
