About the role

A PathCare Bloemfontein branch is looking for a Messenger to join its team. The role suits someone who shows a high level of ethics and integrity and consistently aligns with the PathCare values.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver specimens, reports and other items while providing good customer care
• Carry out basic housekeeping

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification; basic computer literacy is advantageous
• Relevant customer service experience; pathology experience is advantageous
• Fluent English with an understanding of Afrikaans
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Acceptable track record on behavioural competencies for the position

Required skills

• Client-focused with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, ability to work under pressure independently and in a team, and a positive, flexible attitude
