About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to shape AI training data for enterprise marketing workflows. This remote, contract position focuses on creating realistic marketing scenarios that enhance AI performance and business productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training data that mirrors real‑world marketing workflows and productivity scenarios.
• Produce high‑quality marketing artefacts such as campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Analyze fictional company contexts to craft authentic user prompts and ideal AI‑generated responses.
• Generate follow‑up recommendations and evaluate the quality of AI responses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of marketing scenarios.
• Apply structured thinking and analytical reasoning to guide AI training data toward optimal performance.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to assess marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Experience in prompt engineering or writing prompts that simulate real business scenarios.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
