Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Wellness

About the role

The client is a portfolio of three doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses seeking a self‑driven Marketing Manager to own the full marketing cycle across all brands. You will work remotely, coordinating campaigns that drive patient acquisition, supplement sales, and brand authority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy for three brands, including monthly calendars and campaign roadmaps.
• Design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation and budget pacing.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead funnels, retargeting flows and email automation sequences.
• Oversee social media strategy, create copy, ad hooks, messaging and promotional content.
• Monitor performance metrics, scale successful campaigns profitably and report results.

Required profile

• Fluent English – all communication must be in English.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end digital marketing for healthcare, wellness or related sectors.
• Highly independent, able to launch and manage campaigns without supervision.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
