Marketing Intern – Yes4Youth Programme

About the role

The Yes4Youth Programme is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support brand managers across multiple regions. You will assist in planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns while gaining hands‑on experience in content creation, graphic design, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital, social media, email and other marketing campaigns across South Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa, Asia, South America and Antarctica.
• Create and update engaging content for social media, blogs and email newsletters.
• Maintain website content, ensure SEO optimisation and manage digital assets in Cloudinary.
• Assist with graphic design tasks such as resizing illustrations, modifying icon colours and exporting assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitor insights.
• Provide event and administrative support, including venue coordination, promotional material preparation and meeting note capture.

Required profile

• South African citizen, 27 years old or younger by 01 May 2026.
• Matric or higher qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Graphic Design or related field.
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• SEO knowledge and website content management.
• Experience with Cloudinary for digital asset management.
