Marketing Executive - Office Based

About the role

Growth Resourcing is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, run and optimise marketing across multiple channels. The role increases brand awareness, generates leads, supports sales initiatives and drives engagement through digital and traditional campaigns. It suits a highly organised person who can handle several projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Digital marketing: plan and run campaigns, manage and optimise social media, help with email marketing and newsletters, monitor website performance, support SEO and content marketing, and assist with Google Ads and social media ads
• Content creation: write copy, coordinate visuals, graphics, videos and promotional materials, keeping brand identity consistent
• Lead generation and campaign management: support campaigns for new business, track and report key metrics and campaign outcomes
• Brand management: align activities with brand guidelines, support brand awareness and market positioning, maintain marketing asset libraries
• Market research: analyse trends, competitors and customers, build personas and give actionable insights
• Collaboration: work with sales, operations and management, coordinate with suppliers and agencies, and support events, webinars and exhibitions

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience managing social media and creating content
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects at once
• Desirable: B2B experience, knowledge of SEO, PPC and email marketing, CMS experience, graphic design or video editing, CRM and marketing automation experience, and lead generation and sales funnel knowledge
