Marketing & Digital Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Marketing & Digital Engagement Specialist will lead SADA’s marketing, communication, branding and digital engagement activities. The role ensures a modern, consistent organisational presence across all platforms while supporting membership growth, event promotion and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans aligned with SADA’s strategic objectives.
• Maintain and support the SADA brand identity across all channels.
• Coordinate campaigns for membership recruitment and retention, congresses, events, educational activities, advocacy, sponsorship and commercial initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing and online engagement across social media, website, email, newsletters, webinars and online advertising.
• Create and maintain digital content calendars and audience‑engagement plans.
• Monitor digital analytics, engagement metrics and campaign performance; provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency, quality and professionalism across all digital communication platforms.
• Develop and distribute communication material for members, marketing campaigns and social media.

Required profile

• Operational lead for marketing and digital engagement within a professional association.
• Experience supporting membership growth, event promotion and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to monitor marketing trends and emerging digital opportunities.
