About the role
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the Treasury Regulatory & Financial Risk function within a reputable advisory firm. The role involves overseeing risk modelling, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9 and Basel regulations, and providing strategic guidance to banking and consulting clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced risk models for treasury portfolios.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS 9 accounting standards and Basel regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with banking and consulting teams to deliver risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and technical oversight.
- Prepare regulatory reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, consulting or advisory environments.
- Strong background in financial risk modelling.
- Relevant actuarial, scientific or analytical qualification.
Required skills
- Financial modelling.
- IFRS 9 implementation.
- Basel regulatory frameworks.
