Management Accountant

About the role
We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a successful division of a large listed entity. The role offers a competitive salary range of R35‑40K plus study assistance, and the chance to lead a small finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain intercompany loan accounts, income statements and balance sheets.
- Review supplier reconciliations and process monthly rebates, discounts and markdown provisions.
- Compile management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Supervise and develop a team of four finance professionals.
Required profile
- Part‑ or fully‑qualified finance or accounting qualification.
- Relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Syspro or a comparable ERP system.
