About the role
A leading luxury lodge in the Addo region is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a premium safari setting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all lodge departments including front‑of‑house, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Maintain high luxury service standards and ensure seamless guest interactions.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor lodge presentation, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
- Excellent communication and guest‑relations skills.
- Ability to manage day‑to‑day operations in a luxury environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
