Junior Supervisor – Waterproofing & Painting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Supervisor to lead waterproofing and painting projects on‑site. You will support the team in delivering high‑quality work, maintaining safety standards, and meeting project deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and transport teams safely to and from job sites.
• Supervise daily waterproofing and painting activities.
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior management.
• Track usage of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Assist in planning schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and site activities.
• Provide hands‑on assistance when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in waterproofing and/or painting.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing systems, painting techniques, and surface preparation.
• Ability and willingness to work at heights.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence (non‑negotiable) and confidence in transporting teams.
• Computer literacy and report‑writing skills are a plus.
• Honest, dependable, detail‑oriented and a team player.
• Flexibility to work varied hours when needed.
