Junior Store Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing brand as a Junior Store Manager and help shape the customer experience in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations while developing your leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, cash handling and administrative tasks.
• Drive sales and help the store meet its targets.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness and food‑safety requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Take charge of the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or junior management experience in QSR, fast‑food, retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and a positive, hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transport, clean criminal record and South African citizenship or valid work permit.
