Junior Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Contracts Manager to support the delivery of multiple concrete and structural projects across Gauteng. Based on site in Johannesburg, you will work closely with senior management, clients, and operational teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities, including labour and material scheduling.
• Interpret construction drawings and monitor formwork, concrete, wet works, and scaffolding installations.
• Check levels, alignment, and overall quality of completed works.
• Assist with claims processing, cash‑flow forecasting, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain safety compliance and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in concrete, wet works, formwork, scaffolding or similar construction environments.
• Experience working alongside large contractors is highly advantageous.
• Own vehicle, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities on a fast‑paced site.
