About the role
Absa is hiring a Junior Consultant Sales (FAIS) in Riviersonderend, in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. The role provides financial services to meet client-specific needs, promoting and selling financial solutions in line with relevant legislation, while meeting sales targets and achieving strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Sales target: proactively make self-initiated contact with customers to deliver against the required sales targets.
- Collaboration: constantly seek to improve ways of working, challenge the status quo, share knowledge, experience and best practice, give constructive feedback and support an empowering team climate.
- Compliance and risk management: carry out all activities in line with control and compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Customer experience: provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
