IT Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level IT professional to lead the digital workplace for a fast-growing investment group. The role combines high-level administration of Google Workspace and Slack with hands-on support for staff across macOS and Windows environments, ensuring a fully paperless operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Google Workspace domain: user lifecycle, Shared Drive architecture, MFA, DLP and Vault.
• Administer Slack: workspace settings, guest access, and automated workflow creation.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and integrate them with the Google-centric environment.
• Deploy and maintain ESET PROTECT on all endpoints, monitor threats and enforce security policies.
• Configure and maintain the CRM and Applicant Tracking System, handling user onboarding/offboarding and technical queries.
• Provide on-the-floor software support, troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues.
• Oversee hardware provisioning, basic Wi-Fi and conferencing equipment troubleshooting, and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
• Create and update documentation, process maps and internal SOPs, and deliver desk-side training on Google Workspace and Slack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration or Desktop Support.
• Proven expertise managing a Google Workspace domain.
