IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver world‑class, white‑glove support to our employees. You will ensure the reliability of user devices, printers, video‑conferencing, collaboration tools and business applications while maintaining high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor systems and software using proactive monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve and, when necessary, escalate hardware, software and network issues.
• Interact with stakeholders to handle onboarding, off‑boarding and day‑to‑day support cases.
• Configure new computers to company standards and manage operating system updates.
• Oversee software licensing, updates, configuration and develop automation scripts.
• Maintain and update IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with local service providers and liaise with Microsoft as required.
• Participate in project work as directed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
