Intermediate C#/.NET Developer (React)

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate C#/.NET developer to join our team in Pretoria. The role involves building and maintaining both backend services and front‑end applications using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET applications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain React (or Angular) front‑end applications.
• Develop and support RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
• Implement data access solutions with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including clean code, source control, and automated testing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET development (or 5+ years for senior level).
• Strong experience with web technologies such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Web API development.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
