Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead solution design and complex Odoo deliveries for Steltix South Africa. The role combines hands‑on configuration, problem‑solving and implementation with strategic guidance of stakeholders across finance, sales, manufacturing and project modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution‑design workshops, translating business processes into practical Odoo configurations.
• Design integrated functional workflows across Accounting, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory and Projects.
• Drive complex implementations or major functional workstreams while remaining hands‑on with Odoo configuration and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and review functional specifications, coordinate data migration, and validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Support testing, user acceptance, training, go‑live readiness and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Odoo functional consulting experience with hands‑on implementation and support.
• Strong financial understanding, including transaction flow into accounting and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead functional delivery through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
