About the role

MiWay is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to own and drive the Business Insurance brand strategy. You will ensure strong market positioning, consistent brand expression, and alignment with commercial growth objectives across B2B and selected personal insurance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Business Insurance brand strategy, including positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework.
• Translate business strategy into differentiated brand narratives for SME and commercial audiences.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across broker communications, digital platforms, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
• Own the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines specific to Business Insurance while aligning with corporate brand architecture.
• Lead brand input into go‑to‑market strategies and oversee integrated marketing campaigns.
• Report campaign performance and brand metrics to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Understanding of B2B brand dynamics, credibility, trust, and differentiation that influence pipeline and conversion.
