Identity & Access Management (IAM) System Administrator

About the role

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team safeguards digital resources by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. As an IAM System Administrator you will manage the full identity lifecycle, support hybrid environments, and reinforce security architecture across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and de‑provision user accounts, groups, and OU structures in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Design, implement, and maintain Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) templates and automated provisioning workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 IAM and access‑related incidents, collaborating with service‑desk teams.
• Administer identity governance policies, including Single Sign‑On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
• Participate in IAM security audits, analyze access reports, and proactively mitigate risk.
• Utilize ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and follow ITIL/SecOps processes for incident management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft SC‑300, CIAM, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, Okta Administrator (if applicable).

Required skills

• Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, Security Groups).
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Identity governance concepts: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API.
• Ticketing/workflow tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with ITIL and SecOps processes.
