Human Resources Administrator

About the role

The Human Resources Administrator will support a fast‑growing international supply chain and logistics organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage employee benefits and provide comprehensive HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer payroll for multiple entities, validate inputs, reconcile outputs and produce payroll reports.
• Manage employee benefits such as medical aid, provident fund and leave records, and process adjustments.
• Coordinate training initiatives, maintain training records and support statutory submissions to TETA and INSETA.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with Employment Equity, Labour legislation, SARS, COIDA and BBBEE reporting.
• Lead recruitment activities, screen CVs, schedule interviews and facilitate onboarding and induction.
• Maintain accurate employee files, administer contracts, leave and off‑boarding processes, and provide general HR administrative support.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or payroll.
• Finance‑related degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
