HRD Learning Management System Specialist

About the role

The HRD Learning Management System Specialist will support the development and maintenance of the company's learner management platforms within the mining project in Limpopo. This role combines HR development expertise with technical system administration to ensure training processes align with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input into the Learning Management System (LMS) and support line management in training requirements for standard operating procedures and MCOPs.
• Maintain consistent and fair application of discipline and ensure training resources comply with best practice.
• Track operational performance through control and information systems.
• Promote corporate governance, company policies, and procedures.
• Initiate activities that improve workplace morale, relationships, productivity and retention.
• Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees and management.

Required profile

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy with MS Office packages.
• At least five years’ experience in an HRD Learning Management System function.

Required skills

• SQL scripting and database design/management.
• Software architecture and system integrations.
• Server maintenance.
• Competence in HRD and HR systems, particularly Learner Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
