About the role

Discovery invites South African TVET College graduates to apply for the Human Resources Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Internship Programme 2026. The internship is a fixed‑term structured learning opportunity that provides practical HR experience and helps learners meet the workplace component of their N6 qualification. The successful learner will join DCM Distribution in Sandton, Gauteng, under the Administration and Office Support function.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities and recruitment processes.
• Perform HR administration tasks including filing and data capturing.
• Prepare and contribute to HR reporting.
• Assist with project administration and HR events.
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
