HR Director

About the role

We are seeking a visionary HR Director to lead transformational HR strategy for a global, AI‑enabled organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to drive innovation, performance and meaningful change across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function, translating corporate mission and strategy into actionable HR goals.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders in a matrixed environment to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Drive large‑scale transformation initiatives, embedding AI fluency through change management, training and governance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Develop and execute functional strategies, workforce plans, budgets and performance targets.
• Strengthen organisational capability via talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning and performance management.
• Provide expert HR advice, manage stakeholder engagement and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Leverage HR data, analytics and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services and deliver evidence‑based insights.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks and data‑management processes ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of senior HR and business leadership experience.
• 3–6 years of people‑management experience delivering strategic business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives, preferably with AI or digital tools.
