HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager acts as the primary HR liaison for a business unit, aligning people strategy with commercial and operational goals. Working closely with leaders and employees, you will drive talent development, engagement and change initiatives across a matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated HR strategies and people plans that support business objectives and workforce needs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing strategic advice on talent, succession, DE&I and employee experience.
• Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, learning, and performance management.
• Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Expertise to deliver scalable HR programs and services.
• Coach managers to strengthen people leadership capabilities and drive high‑performance culture.
• Support transformation, restructuring and change‑management initiatives, ensuring readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilise workforce analytics and market trends to anticipate talent needs and mitigate risks.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring a positive experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, DE&I and employee engagement.
• Excellent advisory and influencing skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
• Experience managing change initiatives and organizational redesign.
