Hotel Manager – Senior Leadership Role in Gauteng

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead a high‑performing property in Gauteng. This senior leadership position oversees all operational areas, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations across front office, food & beverage, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve guest satisfaction standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs and drive revenue growth.
• Lead, train and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 4‑star or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of budget management and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive decisions.
