About the role
Hout Bay International School, an International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum World School, is seeking a full‑time High School English Teacher for an appointment starting January 2027. The role involves delivering English Home Language instruction to secondary students within an IB framework.
Required profile
- Experience teaching English Home Language at high‑school level (IB experience preferred but not essential).
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree and a PGCE; must be SACE registered.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the school’s co‑curricular after‑school programme.
- Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
