Key responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations across Greek, steakhouse, and Italian concepts.
• Spearhead menu development and seasonal innovation.
• Oversee food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships with a focus on sustainability and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Mentor and train chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline and creativity.

Required profile

• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.
• 5‑7+ years in fine‑dining or premium casual kitchens.
• Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and consistent execution.
• 2‑3+ years in a leadership role, managing brigades of 10‑15 team members.
• Strong supplier coordination and procurement skills.
