Job description

Key responsibilities

Execute repairs and renovations to interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures and fittings.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of property including painting, tiling, cleaning gutters and general maintenance repairs such as door locks and door repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency calls.

Required profile

3–5 years experience in a similar role.
Hold a Code 10 driver’s licence.
General maintenance skills including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building.
Good physical fitness.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
