Guest Relations & Brand Ambassador

About the role

This position is the public face of an established hospitality venue in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. You will build lasting relationships with guests, host events and help raise the venue’s profile through exceptional service and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests throughout service, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Develop and nurture relationships with regular, new, and VIP guests.
• Create, plan and host guest‑focused events and special occasions.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and community groups.
• Represent the venue professionally to enhance its reputation.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant and events teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, luxury events, client relations or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Confident, personable and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable hosting guests, networking and engaging with VIP clientele.
• Creative, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Availability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
