Growth Marketing Executive (Meta & Klaviyo) – Ecommerce Craft Brand

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Growth Marketing Executive to own and accelerate our marketing engine. Working remotely on UK business hours, you will drive Meta ad creative, manage our Klaviyo email programme, and shape organic content for a fast‑growing resin arts & crafts brand expanding into the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test angles, hooks, and scripts for Meta video ads.
• Brief and direct the in‑house video editor and freelance designer to produce high‑performing creative.
• Build and launch image ads in Canva or coordinate heavier assets with designers.
• Maintain a stocked ad pipeline in Meta Ads Manager and monitor performance.
• Own the end‑to‑end Klaviyo email strategy, from copywriting to execution, linking campaigns directly to sales.
• Generate organic content ideas and collaborate with content creators.
• Analyse results, iterate quickly, and document the marketing playbook.

• Creative thinker who can spot winning angles and translate them into actionable campaigns.
• Self‑starter comfortable making decisions without layers of approval.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate ad and email performance weekly.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing internal and freelance talent.
