About the role
Senwes Grainlink is looking for a Grain Procurement Administrator to manage risk through effective control, processes and administration within an allocated procurement region. The role involves handling trade information, client queries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Gather relevant information of executed trades, including dates, parties, amounts and products.
- Handle client queries, provide information or refer to third parties while maintaining high‑quality service.
- Communicate transactional information to the Grain Procurement Officer.
- Process general office documentation and maintain accurate admin records.
- Manage distribution and receipt of contract documents, ensuring all paperwork includes the contracting mandate.
- Ensure transactions comply with established policies, regulatory standards and organisational procedures.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
