Grain Procurement Administrator

About the role

Senwes Grainlink is seeking a Grain Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for managing risk through effective control, processes and administration of the allocated procurement region. The role involves handling trade information, client queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Gather relevant information of executed trades, including dates, parties involved, amounts, and products or services exchanged.
• Handle and deal with client queries and provide the necessary information or refer clients to third parties for further assistance as required, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Communicate relevant transactional information to the Grain Procurement Officer.
• Process general office documentation and maintain accurate records of the admin system.
• Manage the distribution and receipt of contract documents and ensure that all necessary paperwork is accompanied by the contracting mandate to and from the Head Office.
• Ensure that transactions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and organisational standards.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate.
• 2 or more years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
