Graduate Trainee - On Premise Field Force

About the role

The 2027 Graduate Field Force placement gives a graduate temporary territory and project responsibility within Red Bull's On Premise Field Force of "Musketeers". Musketeers act as the face of the brand and consultants to bars, restaurants, events, clubs, catering and hospitality venues, driving sales of the Red Bull product portfolio. The role starts in Cape Town, but the candidate must be willing and able to relocate or travel to other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, outlet owners, bar staff, distributors, promoters and agencies, and act as the credible face of Red Bull On Premise.
• Know the territory well, follow company strategy and stay ahead of industry trends, accounts, occasions and consumers.
• Manage materials, tools and budget, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including artists, promoters and creatives.
• Deliver premium execution at Red Bull events and third-party events such as festivals and para-gastronomy.
• Negotiate win-win partnerships, identify sales and marketing occasions, turn insights into programmes and track, analyse and report on performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing or a similar field.
• Written and spoken English required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife and/or FMCG preferred; basic market knowledge of the local On Premise industry beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong analytical, coordination and presentation skills, and computer literacy in Excel and PowerPoint.
