About the role

The Public Investment Corporation Graduate Development Programme is a structured internship for high‑performing graduates interested in asset and investment management. Participants will gain practical on‑the‑job experience, mentorship and exposure to key business functions across the PIC.

Required profile

Completed or studying towards a NQF Level 7 qualification at an accredited institution.
Minimum overall academic average of 60%.
Strong interest in financial services, particularly asset and investment management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
