About the role

The Graduate Engineer programme offers newly qualified engineers a hands‑on introduction to a variety of technical and operational functions within the business. Based in Johannesburg, you will rotate through different departments to build a solid foundation for a long‑term engineering career.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical, engineering, service and operational teams with daily tasks.
• Assist in problem‑solving, project coordination, documentation and customer support.
• Learn company products, systems, processes and business requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to gain practical business experience.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Participate in training, development activities and workplace learning opportunities.
• Contribute positively to team performance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different business areas as needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an engineering qualification or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in technical, engineering, service, project and operational environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work in various departments or locations based on business needs.
