Full Stack Developer (Advanced)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of ServiceNow‑based custom applications. The role focuses on modernising existing code, integrating complex business requirements and delivering new features for our ServiceNow customers in Menlyn, South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Review and streamline existing code, APIs and interfaces.
• Migrate legacy custom code into the standard ServiceNow framework.
• Design and implement new features, UI Builder components, Service Portal widgets, themes and integrations.
• Integrate with REST, NOW API, SAP, OData and other external systems.
• Produce and update user guides, operational manuals and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of IT experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow development.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant IT qualification or degree.
• Proven ability to work in an international, Agile team environment.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and eager to share knowledge.
