About the role
A franchise seafood restaurant in Midrand is looking for an experienced, team‑oriented Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑ and back‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Train, coach and manage staff to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain composure and efficiency during high‑pressure periods.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of sit‑down dining experience, preferably in a franchise environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure without fast‑food experience.
