Financial Controller

About the role

Agri Credit Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller to strengthen its financial operations. The role ensures regulatory compliance, drives financial performance improvements and delivers comprehensive business control services. It is based in the Head Office in Klerksdorp and is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Financial reporting, compliance, auditing and analysis
• Financial operations, systems and internal controls
• Business intelligence reporting and dashboard development
• Financial analysis and performance monitoring
• Process improvement and business control services
• Stakeholder collaboration and governance support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Professional certification such as Professional Accountant (SA), CA or CIMA is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, auditing and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ERP systems, financial controls and business process improvement
