About the role

We are recruiting Financial Advisors/Planners to join established practices operating under one of South Africa’s leading financial services brands. This position offers the chance to develop a personal client base while benefiting from extensive training, mentorship, and a supportive network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.
• Develop tailored financial planning solutions.
• Advise clients on investments, retirement, life insurance, wealth creation and risk management.
• Foster long‑term client relationships and grow a sustainable practice.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• FAIS‑compliant or working towards required industry qualifications.
• RE5 qualification where applicable.
• Previous financial advisory or sales experience is advantageous.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve financial goals.
