Finance Leadership Role for Chartered Accountants (CA(SA))

About the role

Oasis Group Holdings is expanding its Finance Leadership team across South Africa, the United Kingdom and Mauritius. The role is aimed at Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)) who have built strong technical credibility and now seek broader commercial exposure, strategic influence and visible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with Executive Directors to influence strategic decisions.
• Strengthen and evolve the finance function to support an international financial services group.
• Lead and develop finance teams, ensuring high‑quality financial reporting and governance.
• Drive process improvements and enhance stakeholder management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to commercial finance initiatives beyond traditional reporting.

Required profile

• CA(SA) qualification with completed articles at a recognised audit firm.
• Progression into commercial finance leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong background in financial reporting, governance and stakeholder management.
• Genuine interest in contributing beyond the numbers.
