Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. The role balances customer experience, regulatory compliance and profitability while delivering tailored financial and insurance solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial and insurance solutions to customers.
• Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA and NCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
• Drive profitability through effective deal structuring and product offerings.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, professional service.
• Collaborate with dealership teams to support operational and sales goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an F&I Manager within the motor industry, with at least 6 years’ experience.
• Fit and proper status with up‑to‑date FAIS/FICA/NCA qualifications.
• Current CPD hours completed and maintained.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance compliance with business growth objectives.
