Finance Business Partner: System Economics

About the role

The Finance Business Partner – System Economics will join the Finance team of Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa, supporting the company’s growth across its 14 African markets. You will work closely with business leaders to provide financial modelling, profitability analysis and strategic insights that drive value‑chain optimisation and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate system‑wide profitability and growth scenarios.
• Analyse cost structures, pricing and margin performance across the value chain.
• Partner with commercial and operations leaders to identify and implement value‑creation initiatives.
• Provide strategic decision support and financial governance for enterprise‑wide projects.
• Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on financial performance.
• Experience in finance partnering within a multi‑country or large‑scale consumer goods environment.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
