Field Sales Agent

About the role

Join Hollywoodbets' Purple Team as a Field Sales Agent based in King Sabata Dalindyebo, Eastern Cape. You will be the face of our mobile betting brand, helping customers open accounts, understand our mobile platform, and drive daily sales through active engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with account opening, ensuring all FICA documentation is correctly submitted.
• Demonstrate and explain mobile betting products, encouraging sign‑ups and usage of the mobile app.
• Drive daily sales and activations by promoting mobile marketing campaigns and the sign‑up bonus.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays at outlets, events, and stores.
• Record sales activities, report progress to management daily, and keep work areas tidy.
• Maintain and safeguard all mobile equipment used in the field.
• Complete weekly training modules (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note) and support trainers on wheels as required.
• Travel between branches and stores according to operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to handle and verify identification documents for FICA compliance.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
